Dear Hydrostork.com customers, although we want to make sure you get the items you need, when you need them, please note that due to the spread of COVID-19 and the increase in online purchases delivery times for some items may be longer than usual.
Is it safe to receive orders?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. You can find the latest information on COVID-19 on the information pages of the UK Government and the World Health Organization.
Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Drivers have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
Shipping policy
All orders above £50 are eligible for FREE delivery.
Valid for all orders below £50:
We provide Flat Rate Shipping. This means your order’s weight, other dimensions, or the number of purchased items does not determine the shipping cost.
For example, one small (250ml) bottle or 3 big (1L) bottles will cost you the exact same amount to ship.
You can choose between two shipping options (depending on delivery times):
- Standard (2-4 business days) at £5.95
- Expedited (1-3 business days) at £6.95 (please read below for details)
The delivery for expedited shipping depends on when you place the order.
Workday day orders: Any order placed after 1 pm on a business day will be packed and dispatched on the following business day to the currier. The currier will then make the delivery within the next 24 hours. Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days.
Weekend orders: Orders placed after 1 pm Saturday on the weekend (from 13:01 pm Saturday to 23:59 pm Sunday) will be dispatched to a courier on the following business day. Estimated delivery time 2-3 business days.
